Monthly Minis @ TAC

Join us for Monthly Minis - fun two hour sewing workshops that happen once a month! These short, low stress fiber art offerings are perfect as an end-of-the week unwinder or a date/friend night outing. Bring yourself and a beverage or snack and enjoy!

Sewing One September 1, 15, 29 - 6pm - 9pm @ Textile Art Center of Madison

This 3 part class will teach beginner students how to make a quilt. Sign up at the link below. Limit 10 students for this class.

Quilting Bonus Sessions : September 2, October 14, November 4, December 2 - 5:30pm - 8:30pm @ Textile Art Center of Madison

These drop in sessions allow you to work in community. As well as have a knowledgeable instructor (ME!) on hand to help you through a problem or just want to talk out your project. Informal, but I will be asking you what you’re working on prior to the session to make sure I have all my tips and tricks ready for you!

Quilted Shoes: September 8 & 22, October 6 - 6pm - 9pm @ Textile Art Center of Madison

This 3 part class will teach intermediate students how to make quilted shoes. For more information and to sign up click the link below. Limit 8 students for this class.

Use your Stash to make a Quilted Pouf : October 17 - 10am - 4pm @ Textile Art Center of Madison

Use your stash! (and that stash of unusable filler pieces you’ve been saving!) This workshop we’ll create 6 quilted panels and make a 3D cube.

Jelly Roll Rugs or Placemats : October 24 - 10am - 4pm @ Textile Art Center of Madison

This class will teach any skill level students how to make jelly roll rugs or placemats. For more information and to sign up click the link below. Limit 12 students for this class.

Quilting Two: Accuracy and Skill Building: October 27, November 3 & 10 - 6pm - 9pm @ Textile Art Center of Madison

This 3 part class will help expand you quilting skills and give you practice perfecting your accuracy in cutting, sewing, and assembling blocks. Make a large quilt or two blocks, the choice is yours!
